José Antonio González Villalón is a specialist in Digital Transformation, Data Science, and Artificial Intelligence, with more than two decades of experience leading high-impact technological and strategic initiatives in complex, global organizations.

He holds advanced academic training in Data Science & Business Analytics and in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin, in addition to professional certifications in Full Stack Development (MIT xPRO) and Building Scalable Cloud Applications (McCombs School of Business). He is currently pursuing doctoral studies in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at Walsh College (United States), integrating academic rigor with hands-on experience in corporate environments.

Throughout his career he has participated in digital transformation programs, data governance, information security, and the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence in multinational corporations. His work is grounded in governance and compliance frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST AI RMF, the EU AI Act, TISAX, and OWASP.

He is the author of AI Governance Playbook – Global Strategy & Toolkit, as well as the corporate novels Matrix: The Impossible Decision and The Fall of a Giant, where he explores, through organizational fiction, the dilemmas of power, leadership, governance, and the human cost of strategic decision-making in complex systems. He is currently developing the Divided Empire trilogy, a narrative project focused on family conflict, fragmented power, and the collapse of organizations when the balance between structure, ethics, and control breaks down.

He is an active member of the International Association of Financial Crimes Investigators (IAFCI). When he is not leading technological initiatives or writing, he dedicates his time to teaching, mentoring, and knowledge dissemination, driven by the conviction that artificial intelligence must serve people through trust, transparency, and the creation of sustainable value.
