This Policy explains how Synergy AI Tech Solutions LLC (Wyoming, USA) collects, uses and protects personal data when you use synergyaitech.com, buy our products, contract our services or interact with our content. We are the data controller for this site.
2. Information We Collect
- Contact and billing data you provide: name, email, company, and the details needed to issue receipts. Card data is entered directly on Stripe's checkout and never reaches our servers.
- Comments: name, email (not displayed) and the comment text, plus the IP address, used solely for moderation and abuse prevention.
- Service data: information you share with us during consulting engagements, governed additionally by the applicable proposal or NDA.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, language, pages visited and server logs, kept for security and troubleshooting.
- Cookies: only a strictly necessary session cookie for the administration area. We do not currently use advertising or tracking cookies; if we enable analytics, we will update this Policy and, where required, ask for consent.
3. How We Use Information
- To deliver, secure and improve the site, digital products and consulting services.
- To process payments through Stripe and send receipts and service notices.
- To moderate and display comments.
- To respond to inquiries and send optional communications you can opt out of at any time.
- To comply with legal obligations and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
4. Legal Bases (EU/UK, where applicable)
Performance of a contract (purchases, services), legitimate interests (site security, moderation, service improvement), consent (optional communications, non-essential cookies) and legal obligations.
5. Processors and Sharing
- Vercel (hosting and content delivery, USA), MongoDB Atlas (database, USA), Stripe (payments), Amazon Web Services (secure file delivery), Resend (transactional email) and Wise (payment notifications) process data on our behalf under their data-processing terms.
- Book purchases happen on Amazon under Amazon's privacy policy; we receive no personal data from those purchases.
- We disclose data when required by law or to protect our rights, and never sell personal data.
6. Data Security
We apply encryption in transit (TLS), access control, least-privilege database credentials, moderated content, audit logging of administrative actions and an OWASP-aligned secure development lifecycle. No system is completely secure; report concerns to privacy@synergyaitech.com.
7. Data Retention
- Billing records: as long as required by tax and accounting law.
- Comments: while the article is published or until you ask us to remove them.
- Technical logs: typically up to 90 days.
- Engagement data: for the duration of the contract plus the retention period agreed in the proposal.
8. International Transfers
Our services operate from the United States. If you access them from the EU, UK, Mexico or elsewhere, your data will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. with appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses offered by our processors).
9. Your Rights
- Access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability and objection, as provided by the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, Mexico's LFPDPPP or other applicable law.
- Withdraw consent and opt out of communications at any time.
- Lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

10. Children
The site is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16 in the EU/UK or under 13 elsewhere.

This Policy is governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA, without prejudice to mandatory data-protection rights in your country. We may update it; the "Last updated" date indicates the current version.
