Full EULA
1. Acceptance
By acquiring, downloading, or using the Toolkit, the Licensee agrees to be bound by this EULA. If not accepted, the Toolkit must not be used.
2. License Grant
Limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for internal use only. Commercial resale, sublicensing, or redistribution is prohibited.
3. Intellectual Property
All content remains the exclusive intellectual property of the Licensor. No ownership is transferred.
4. Restrictions
- No copying, modification, or derivative works.
- No distribution, resale, or sublicensing.
- No consulting services to third parties without written authorization.
- No removal of copyright or disclaimers.
5. Updates & Membership
Updates are provided at Licensor’s discretion, with no guarantee of coverage or frequency.
6. Limitation of Liability
Toolkit is provided 'as is', with absolute limitation of liability. Maximum liability is zero, except as required by law.
7. Compliance
Licensee is responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable local, national, and international laws.
8. Termination
Licensor may terminate the license upon breach. Licensee must delete all copies immediately.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Governed by Wyoming law, U.S., exclusive jurisdiction in Laramie County courts.
10. Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the complete agreement, superseding any prior communication or agreement.
