No Refund Policy

1. Digital Goods

All sales of digital products (toolkits, libraries, courses, downloads) are final once access is granted or files are delivered. No refunds or cancellations.

2. Services & Subscriptions

• Consulting/CIAOaaS: non-refundable once work has started; rescheduling may be accommodated with prior notice.
• Subscriptions: you may cancel anytime; access remains until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds.

3. Compliance

This policy aligns with U.S. consumer rules for digital goods and Stripe policies.

4. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback contrary to this Policy, we may contest it and suspend access pending resolution.
