1. Digital Goods
All sales of digital products (toolkits, templates, libraries, courses, downloads) are final once access is granted or files are delivered. No refunds or cancellations.
2. Consulting Services
- Discovery Consultation: non-refundable. You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours' notice; no-shows forfeit the fee.
- AI Readiness Assessment, consulting and CIAO as a Service: non-refundable once work has started; cancellation terms for multi-phase engagements are set in the proposal.
3. Subscriptions (Premium Updates)
You may cancel at any time; access remains until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds.
4. Books
Books are sold by Amazon and subject to Amazon's return policy.
5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback contrary to this Policy, we may contest it with the delivery evidence and suspend access pending resolution.
