5. License & Intellectual Property

• All content is owned by Synergy AI Tech Solutions LLC or its licensors.
• You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased materials as specified.
• Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of digital content is prohibited.

6. Acceptable Use & Security

• No reverse engineering, scraping, or unauthorized access.
• No attempts to bypass security, rate limits, or use the services to build competing products.
• We apply OWASP-aligned controls and secure SDLC practices.

7. No Refunds

All digital sales are final. See the No Refund Policy for details.

8. Disclaimers

• Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or compliance certification.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Company from claims arising out of your misuse of the services or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of laws. Exclusive venue lies in state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
