1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms govern your access to and use of synergyaitech.com and the services, digital products and content provided by Synergy AI Tech Solutions LLC ("Company", "we"). By using the site, purchasing products, booking services or posting comments, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and No Refund Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have legal parental/guardian consent, and you agree to comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
3. Services and Digital Products
- Consulting and advisory services (AI governance consulting, CIAO as a Service, AI Readiness Assessment, RAG & agentic systems): scope, deliverables, timelines and fees are defined in a written proposal or statement of work that prevails over these Terms in case of conflict.
- Discovery Consultation: a paid session delivered remotely on the scheduled date; rescheduling requires at least 24 hours' notice.
- Digital products (toolkits, templates, libraries, courses, Premium Updates): delivered electronically after payment confirmation. No physical goods are shipped.
- Books: our titles are sold by Amazon under Amazon's own terms; links on this site lead to Amazon and we are not a party to those purchases.
4. Payments & Taxes
- Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store full card details (PCI DSS SAQ-A scope).
- Prices are in USD. Taxes and fees are calculated at checkout by the payment provider.
- By purchasing you authorize the charge to your selected payment method. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
5. License & Intellectual Property
- All site content, toolkits, templates, illustrations and text are owned by Synergy AI Tech Solutions LLC or its licensors.
- Purchased digital products are licensed — not sold — for internal use by a single organization, non-exclusive and non-transferable, unless the proposal states otherwise.
- Redistribution, resale, public sharing or use of our materials to train AI models is prohibited.
- Books published under our imprints are protected by copyright; author names may be pen names.
6. Insights and Informational Content
- Articles in Insights summarize third-party news and add our analysis. They are provided for general information only and do not constitute legal, financial, compliance or security advice.
- Sources are cited; trademarks and company names belong to their owners. Report errors to sales@synergyaitech.com and we will correct them.
7. Comments and User Content
- Comments are moderated before publication and may be edited or removed at our discretion.
- You retain ownership of what you post and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the site.
- No spam, unlawful, defamatory, infringing or confidential content.
8. Acceptable Use & Security
- No reverse engineering, scraping, credential attacks or attempts to bypass security, rate limits or access controls.
- No use of the services to build competing products or to violate third-party rights.
- We apply OWASP-aligned controls and a secure SDLC; responsible disclosure of vulnerabilities is welcome at sales@synergyaitech.com.
9. No Refunds
All digital sales are final and consulting fees are non-refundable once work has started. See the No Refund Policy for details.
10. Disclaimers
- Services and content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, regulatory approval or certification (e.g., ISO/IEC 42001, ISO/IEC 27001) — those depend on your implementation and on the certifying body.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of profits or data. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding it.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Company and its members from claims arising out of your misuse of the services, your content or your violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue lies in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country provides otherwise.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms; changes apply from the posted "Last updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
